What counts as a new patient chat?
Any patient who messages you for the first time that month. Replies back and forth in the same chat aren't counted again.
What if we go over the limit?
Qaswa never stops replying. We'll get in touch to move you to the right plan from the next month.
What does the setup fee cover?
Writing replies in your clinic's voice, adding your prices and hours, connecting your calendar or system, and testing before go-live.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude 15% VAT, which is shown on your invoice.
